Back Orders

Currently, We have the ability to ship over 90% of our products within 48 hours. Most of our products are in stock, either in our warehouse in Providence, or at a number of our suppliers across the country, in which we will drop ship directly from them. In the case where an item is back ordered, We will notify you as soon as possible with an expected ship date. In the event that multiple items are ordered and one is back ordered. We will only charge for the item that is shipped. And not until we ship the back ordered item will we charge you for that. For all orders We will not charge the credit card until the order is ready to ship.

  1. We are NOT responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure  your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
  2. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please EMAIL US. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. 
  3. Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the website. We will get back to you shortly.
  4. If you want to change your shipping address, Please EMAIL US. During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address.
